Platinum Series
We are very pleased to announce the release of our Platinum Series wines. All three platinum wines have been personally selected for extended barrel aging and/or premium oak barrels programs. Each of the three wines were bottle aged for 18 months before labeling and eventual release. We aged these wines for you so that you wouldn’t have to. Although they are all ready to drink now, none of them will suffer if they stay in your rack for several more years. Enjoy!
2000 Limited Pinot Noir |

| One ton of these premium Pinot Noir grapes from the Santa Lucia Highlands ne Monterey, CA we crushed at Engelmann Cellars. These were the first grapes ever crushed at the winery. 2003 Clark Ranch Platinum Zinfandel SOLD OUT |
| Chocolate and Blueberries are abundant in this huge red Zinfandel. Solid tannin composition and 30 months in American Oak barrels have left this wine with a huge mouth feel and very concentrated layers of aromas and flavors. Pairs well with any chocolate, game, venison, or lamb. More Details |

2005 Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon |
| This is the reserve bottling of the very popular Gold label 2005 Ashley's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. An additional year in premium American Oak barrels helped smooth out the sharp tannins, and richness to the pallet of this big red wine. This wine needs to breathe or be decantered to fully develop. 2005 Two Horse Syrah |
| This Platinum Series wine is our second Syrah off of our estate vineyard at Engelmann Cellars. Aged for 2 ½ years in 100% brand new French oak barrel makes this wine a definite show stopper. 2006 Platinum Mulino |
| 100% new French Oak barrels helped provide the soft toasty structure in the Sangiovese base of this soft finessed wine. Merlot was added for a slight earthiness, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon for just a hint of smoke and tannins. Very well rounded wine, pairs well with a holiday ham, goose, or strong cheese platter.
