We have 4 new vintages of some old favorites to release to Cellar Door Club Members only on November 21, 2008. Come out anytime between 5:30 - 8:30PM to pick up your newest wine club shipment. You will get to sample the new wines as well as snack on some great
hors d' oeuves, and get caught up with all your fellow Cellar Door Club Members. The new wines are:
2006 Quartet R.S.
We know that this is a great Summer wine, but we just can't wait till next Spring to release it. Slightly sweet with a great Muscat forward aroma. A great wine for all the sweeter wine drinkers.

2006 Sangiovese
Everything that a Sangiovese lover could be looking for. Light red body with sharp earthy acids. This is a beautiful Sangiovese that will go great with that holiday turkey, goose or ham. This is probably the wine that we have consumed the most of out of the new wines.

2004 Very Old Vine Zinfandel
Our favorite Zinfandel vineyard turned 100 years old this year. We don't know for sure but we feel that justifies Very Old Vine. If you missed out on the 2003 V.O.V. Zinfandel don't feel bad, a lot of people did. We sold out 125 cases in just under 6 months. We only made 150 case of the 2004 V.O.V. Zinfandel and in my opinion I think this wine is better balanced than the 2003. Big fruit, smooth body, everything you have come to love in the V.O.V. Zinfandel.

2005 Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon
I just opened one of these bottles last week and was I suprised. I knew we put a great wine in the bottle but it's no where close to the wine that came out. At first taste I was happy with the slight cherry aromas with hints of black and green pepper, but once we got to the second glass and the wine had a chance to breathe my whole attitude about the wine changed. Like many aged Cabernet Sauvignons this wine smoothed out on the palate and intinsified every aroma and nuance in the wine. For those of you who have not had a chance to drink an aged Cabernet that has laid down for 15 years or more in the bottle, this wine will give you a very similar experiance.
